Common interests in French language, music, and Louisiana heritage brought together the members of Feufollet, a group that has been recognized as one of the best and most accomplished young Cajun bands to emerge from Louisiana in recent years.Members of the band include Chris Stafford (accordion, fiddle, guitar), Chris Segura (fiddle), Anna Laura Edmiston (percussion, vocals), Josh Caffery (guitar), Michael Stafford (drums), and Tayler Guarisco (bass).  All are native French speakers of Southwestern Louisiana and have been playing music for years, often in their respective family bands. The core band members have been performing together since they were children; with ten years of touring under their belt they are now seasoned musicians. The group has been acclaimed at the Worldwide Acadian Congress and Stafford and Segura have won numerous fiddling and accordion contests.

Feufollet is very active in promoting the Cajun culture and heritage of Louisiana and performs original and traditional songs in French, including some from the 1800s and early 1900s.  The band has performed in countless local Lousiana venues as well as in concerts and festivals in Canada and the United States; they were a crowd favorite at the 2003 Great Lakes Folk Festival.  In 2000 Feufollet appeared with Louisiana musician and Cajun cultural activist Zachary Richard in the PBS documentary "Against The Tide: The Story of the Cajun People of Louisiana." Steve Riley (of the Cajun band Steve Riley and the Mamou Playboys and himself once a child prodigy) produced their first two CDs.
